Requesting an Exchange or Return:

We accept return requests within 30 days of when you received your order, for store credit or to be refunded to the original form of payment. After 30 days, unused and undamaged items can be returned for store credit that is valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

1. Visit, and enter your Order Number and the Email Address associated with your order. Then click the button to 'Find Your Order'.

2. Click 'Create a Return', and select the quantity (from the dropdown) for the item(s) that you would like to return. Then click 'Next'.

3. Provide a 'Reason' for why you would like to return the item(s), along with any 'Additional notes' (optional), and click 'Next'.

4. You have the option of receiving a 'Refund for store credit' or a 'Refund to your original payment method'. Select your preference and click 'Next' again.

5. We are happy to offer the convenience of 'Free Return Shipping with a Prepaid Returns Label', which we will provide by email upon approval of your return. Alternatively, you may choose to 'Ship with any Carrier of Your Choice'. Click 'Next' once more.

After submitting your return request, you will be redirected to a dashboard where you can view the status of your return(s). In addition to the updates that will be emailed to you, feel free to revisit at any time to quickly check on the return status.
